Order & Delivery


All prices on the website are in euros including order processing fees and packaging but not including postage which will be billed as an extra cost when you check out.

Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without warning. Products already ordered will be invoiced at the prices when the order was placed.


For placing an order you must be aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity or have parental authorisation. You are fully authorised to pay for your order.

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why. We reserve the right to refuse any order for a customer with who there was a previous problem. For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse payments and also cancel orders:

– if a delivery address is not referenced, deliveries to hotels and PO boxes

– if we have any doubts about the legitimacy of the order

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, we will notify you via email and refund your purchase.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation by email. We may take 3 to 7 days to process your order. The day we will ship your order you will receive an another email with the shipping tracking number. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.


We are currently shipping from Europe. Your package will be sent carbon neutral with DHL go green or UPS carbon neutral.

International policy

Please note

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. We are so sorry but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and renée.V is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”, by law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery.

For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.


Renée.V is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.

If, despite every effort, a product cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled without any form of compensation beyond the reimbursement of the order payment.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Renée.V because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

We check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

Returns & Exchanges

We are an eco-conscious company, not only in production, therefore we don’t regularly offer free shipping or returns.
Returns are only available if there is a defect in the product. You must notify us by email up to seven days after delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return fees are at the customer charge.
